Petition --- Stop the Green Scam in Kansas!
This petition is to be delivered to your state legislators, and other local officials that might be considering GREEN SCAM legislation or programs.
As your constituent, I am asking you not to use any taxpayer funds to fuel initiatives that further a believe in man made global warming, or to any non-governmental organization (NGO’s) or non-profit organization involved in promoting or educating others about man made global warming. My elected officials should not vote to give tax payer money or government support to any organization that does not have a public record of donations and expenditures. As my elected representative, you are a steward of public funds, and giving money to an organization without public accountability is unacceptable.
As your constituent, I am asking you not to support (and to defeat) any legislation (or, ordnances) that furthers any initiatives in the green energy industry, including wind mill farms, solar farms, carbon capture pipelines, electric transmission lines that do not deliver at least half of their transmitted electricity to Kansans, any subsidies or tax incentives that promote green energy initiatives, and educational programs that promote the green energy industry and man made global warming.
As your constituent, I am asking you not to support (and to defeat) any efforts to use government resources (including eminent domain) to secure private land for recreation purposes, green energy expansion, or permanent conservation of land without a vote of all affected landowners and a county wide vote by the electorate of that county.
